All shipments must be delivered to an address, not a PO Box. No postal address will be accepted

1- Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that the shipment has been completed after payment has been received and the order has been processed, along with the tracking number with the dispatch company.
Note: All shipment confirmation messages are sent during business hours. Sunday - Thursday from nine in the morning until three in the afternoon
2- Delivery period: 5-20 working days to deliver the order after receiving shipment confirmation
3- Shipping cost: Shipping goods charges a fee of () riyals when paying with credit cards, Mada cards, and Visa cards.
